If you want to treated like a number this is your place. You'll be lucky if the doctor spend 90 seconds with you after waiting forever. Anything they schedule you for is over a month away. Best part they wait until a few days before your test to get an authorization knowing it can take 2 weeks. Than they cancel on you the night before. I have also had this office bill my insurance company for procedures they didn't do!!

I recently had the privilege of being helped by Ashley at the front desk of NYU Langone Cardiology in Patchogue, and I cannot express enough gratitude for her kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. I was experiencing an unfamiliar change in my heart function, and while I didn't want to overreact by rushing to the hospital, I was deeply concerned. From the moment Ashley answered my call, I felt a sense of relief. She was patient, attentive, and incredibly reassuring--her calming demeanor immediately helped ease my fears. She took my concerns seriously, arranged a same-day appointment without hesitation, and even made sure I could get to the office safely. Upon arriving, I had the pleasure of meeting Ashley in person, and I was not surprised to see her treating every patient with the same warmth and care. She remembered exactly who I was, made me feel valued, and seamlessly coordinated all the necessary follow-up steps. The entire staff at this office is outstanding, but Ashley truly went above and beyond. Her kindness made a world of difference during a moment of uncertainty, and I feel incredibly lucky to have been connected with her. Thank you, Ashley, for your dedication and heart--you are a true asset to NYU Langone!

Like a lot of doctor offices(not an excuse), the waiting times are atrocious. 45 minutes past my appointment time, I get 15 minutes with a doctor who appears to have forgotten who I am and brought in the wrong person's chart. This happens most times, does not stop them from fully charging copay and insurance.

Let me start by saying that I truly like Dr Khalili and the care he gives me and I absolutely love much of the staff. I have some wonderful friends working there. However - since the acquisitions ( multiple) of this practice things have not so much gone downhill as they have plummeted off of a cliff. Today was the third (and final) time that I have waited so long without word or warning of a delay that I just left. Frequent long and unexplained waits, cancellation of appointments that are rescheduled more than a month later, promises of calls to schedule that never come. And forget , and I mean forget, trying to get through on the phone. If you are patient enough to let it ring for a long few minutes, you will likely be answered, put directly on hold, and then wait 3-5 minutes or more (I will say more because I hung up during 3 and 5 minute holds today and my wife gave up after 4 minutes). So to recap. I left in frustration after my 9am appointment was not called by 9:45. At 10am, they called and left me a message to call them right back ( gee, after an hour they finally got around to me) I called back twice , letting the phone ring for a good 2+ minutes before being answered and placed on an immediate hold for several minutes each time). If you are retired, living in a nursing home, or don't get out a lot- this may be acceptable. If you work, however, and purposely schedule appointments "first thing" so as to minimize the missed times at your job, then avoid this place because schedules mean absolutely nothing to them.

waited today in the office for 45minutes for a nurse visit. Not a DR. Finally brought into a closet sized room. Someone did an evaluation and said I was next for nurse Karen. Well after another 45 minutes I went out and asked where the nurse was. She told me I was next AGAIN> WhenI said I could not wait she said check out at the desk. I love my DR. there and would not mind waiting for him but to wait all that time for a bp check is ridiculous. I left without waiting again at the desk. Can't wait to see what happens next.
