My Experience with Dr Herman has always been positive. I've always left feeling that I have been cared for medically and assured of all possible options for any treatment or recovery recommendations. Staff professional and courtesy is always available. I also appreciate Margarita taking care of my health with great attention. Excellent bedside manner. Recommend Dr Amir Herman 100%.

Bad experience at doctor Herman office. I have been a patient for some time . My sons insurance changed and need to find a new doctor . I called his insurance carrier and they said Dr . Herman was in network. I then called DR Herman office to make an appointment and they also said they were in network. we made an appointment for my son who had a small rash on his chest.When got to his office and presented his insurance card they took his information and was good .WE were told doctor Herman was not available and would see the nurse practitioner.The nurse practitioner looked his rash and prescribed cortisone cream and decided to draw his blood and do full panel . We were given a follow visit for two weeks .When we returned two weeks later presented his insurance card again he was seen rash was gone all was good Fast forward 30 days later I get a bill from Dr. Herman office for two visit 150.00 for the first and 75. 00 for second visit the bill stated that they were not in network . Wait it gets better I then get a bill from the lab for 630.00 . when I called DR Herman office and told them I was told by them they were in network they said there nothing they could do.So it cost me 850.00 to get a cream . would have been much better off going to a walk in .My son was never given his blood results .Two months later when I went in to pay his bill I asked for his results. I would not recommend this office

I have been Dr. Herman's patient for the past 12 years. I'm very happy with Dr. Herman and his office staff. I find them to be very competent, personal and caring to the point of recommending him to my family and Friends. If I don't feel well his team finds a way to get me in to see the doctor. How great is that. I have been know to stop seeing a doctor after sitting in the waiting room for an hour or 2. In 12 years I've never had that experience with Dr. Herman where an appointment time means something. I highly recommend Dr. Herman

Most professional a Doctor of amazing knowledge about everything Dr Herman really cares about his patients. As well as the regular Doctor and Staff Mary the Nurse Kathy and Seralis and the entire Staff amazing caring kind office

Dr. Herman has always given me ample time to discuss my health. He is a good listener and extremely thorough. He will always opt on the side of caution to make sure your are in good health. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a great primary care doctor you make an appointment. Mary and the rest of his staff are also amazing people!
