Picked one star only because you can not pick zero stars. My husband has been with this office for more than two decades as his PCP. It is next to impossible to get an appointment without waiting weeks for it. They will not renew prescriptions without seeing you so your scripts go unfilled while you wait for appointments leading to gaps in medication. This is not safe. I'm actually surprised that this office is rated a 2.3. Should be rated zero.
The doctor has been my doctor fir 48 years his staff , Rubin is the very best , no question insurance or other is ever unanswered, this is the only reliable place from Manorville to Eat Moriches Sue Swezey Bennett D
Went there recently due to a bad cut on my hand. They told me they would send my RX asap over to CVS. They actually forgot to do it, and I almost did not get RX same day . What is the point of going to a doctor if you can't get the medicine they prescribe? Also the person that answered the phone was rude and had me on hold for 15 minutes. God forbid my hand would of got infected due to that type of negligence, I would of sued them . Never again
They called me to tell me my grandmother has cancer over the phone. When I called back to get a copy of her report they told me I never signed a proxy... yet they disclose all information with me. So they never did the actual regulation required paper work to allow information to be released. Worse office I've never seen
Horrible staff came once last week with one Dr on shift had to wait 45 minutes had to leave, rescheduled and I'm still waiting to be seen they wondering why my blood pressure is up, probably last time I'm coming here. I just read other reviews all horrible at least I'm not the only one now I don't feel bad
