I went as a new patient . Dr Desai was wonderful. Very kind compassionate caring and thorough. He addressed all my concerns and explained everything to me. He's a wonderful doctor. Dr Desai has been my primary care physician for over a year now and I am very pleased with the care he provides. He listens attentively during visits and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I never feel rushed and always feel respected. The office staff is friendly and helpful as well which makes each visit smooth and stress free.

I recently visited Dr Desai for a routine checkup and was impressed with how thorough and patient he was. He made me feel at ease and addressed all my concerns thoughtfully. It is clear he genuinely cares about his patients. The medical assistant and front desk staff were also kind and professional. I feel confident returning for future care.

I tried to make an appointment as a new patient. I called the office and nobody answered the phone. No message machine, no recording. I went online and made an appointment. I again called the office to confirm they got the online appointment. Again... no answer. I decided this is a red flag and decided to cancel. I went online and cancelled. Then the office called me to confirm my appointment and I told them I canceled online. They said it didn't come through and they have no access to appointments online. Then how did the know to confirm my appointment. Then another woman called the next day to tell me they're sending me forms to fill out. I told her again that my appointment is cancelled and she told me to go online to cancel that she can't cancel. Were this is certainly a big red flag. This office is so disorganized. Then they say if I don't show up, they can charge me $100 no show. If I get a no show bill, I will do everything in my power to remedy that dumb rule. Ridiculous
