I have had terrible experiences here with Shannon, Dr Mac's NP --this morning being the last one. So terrible, in fact, I will never bring my family there again. Shannon is very rude, abrupt & extremely dismisive...lacking any empathy you'd expect from any doctors office. After leaving there in pain and upset, I went to Northwell Family Health and had the EXACT OPPOSITE experience!! Caring, thorough, acvomadating, compassionate and fully knowledgeable-- which is what we expect when we are in pain and at the doctor. Go elsewhere if you get this woman. She's a disgrace to Dr. Mack
