For such anxiety inducing tests looking for breast cancer, Windsong on Transit Rd. makes the experience as easy as possible. From the ladies that check you in, to the woman who calls you back to change (I love her!), to the women who do the mammograms and ultrasounds- they all try to set your mind at ease. Every year I'm a ball of nerves before my appointment, but it's never as bad I think it will be. The employees play a huge role in that. I appreciate them. I do wish they still gave your results before you leave, but they mail them now so the freak out continues waiting for a phone call or mailed results.

On the day of my appointment. I had misplaced my eye glasses , I was frantically looking for them (but I can't see without them ) . I finally gave up , by this time I am 5 min before my scheduled time , I call up (extremely upset with myself ) , spoke with a staff member, explained my situation, and she was soooooo kind , understanding , and made no fuss about rescheduling for the next day . Upon my arrival, I was taken care of at the front desk by a very kind lady, almost immediately called back for my X-RAYS , and the technician s were very fast , efficient, and most importantly.... extremely kind . That is hard to find these days . Regardless of the reason to go to Windsong , I will happily make the appointment knowing I'm in good hands with no problems .

I thought everyone was very kind, friendly and professional, and the technician doing. My mammogram was gentle, kept me engaged in conversation, while being subject to a very uncomfortable experience of having someone putting their hands and fondling your breast it's not an easy thing to go through but I thought they did a great job, and on a scale from one to 10 I give them a 50. I heard. I heard someone complaining on these reviews that she felt like she was cattle well I don't like sitting around and waiting they get you in and they get you out and I think that's what most people prefer to get in and out.

Honestly not impressed. Typically go to Great Lakes Medical Imaging but couldn't due to scheduling conflicts. Now I understand why I don't go here. Front staff was pleasant enough. But that's where it ends. Technician was NOT pleasant at all. Furthermore, the way they rush you in and out is ridiculous. I felt like cattle just in and out as fast as possible. I mean, I felt I was being hurried out while getting dressed after the test! The CD I requested works fine but of course the portal login they gave didn't work and almost immediately locks you out when inputting the info supplied. And when trying to call to "reset", the call goes directly to a voicemail that I'm not real confident will ever be answered-just based on the rest of the service. Oh well. I'll get my report from my PCP and stick with GLMI from here on out. Really really disappointed. I am a person whose time should be respected. Terrible. Oh. And all this AFTER I called to confirm my appointment which they could tell I called but they never scheduled. They did rush me in after this, though, which was nice. I didn't have to wait another three+ weeks. All Around seems like a). A very rookie, amateur operation or b). (More likely) they just do not care.

Everything was perfect upon registering, the X-ray tech was amazing until I had a Doppler done, with a strong concern I happened to ask if things seemed to be OK and the technician said the Dr will let you know and basically dismissed my concerns as I didn't even matter. If your having a bad day, don't take it out on your patients. We didn't ask for the problems that we are having. Not sure I want to come here again.
