had to do with my right knee. Soon as I put myself out there on Facebook to learn what options I had there were many . So many new techniques you need do your homework . First I look is the negatives . Procedure was fine . Pain was removed day one. In favor .Gettting some rehab for home . I cannot ask for more ! I hope all ends well. I have had severe knee pain for several years even after having one replacement. I am SO glad I found something that would finally relieve it!!!! Poor bedside manner. I had an amazing experience at another facility 10 years ago but had to switch here due to insurance. I am no novice when it comes to vascular treatments. They did a quick visual exam- like barely even a glance. No ultrasound, no testing to see the health of my valves. They kept mentioning my weight which I found really odd. I am a size 8. I'm no waif, but I'm not even close to obese. I am developing new varicosities and wanted to have some preventative work done to avoid more severe symptoms. They said they don't do preventative work. They said they will only get worse and to come back when I have a clot. It was the worst experience I have ever had. They treated me as if I were a nuisance. I pride myself on being a good patient, so I am confident I was nothing but kind and pleasant. I felt as though they saw me as wasting their time. I cried in the parking lot when I left, it was such an unpleasant experience. It really isn't that difficult to treat your patients with respect and kindness and I got neither of those things. So, unless you are a very severe case- they won't treat you. This was a waste of an hour and $80.

Everyone in the office is outstanding. I had a new procedure done called Genicular Artery Embolization. I didn't want to go for a knee replacement just yet. After the procedure I have very little pain in my knee area. I will eventually need a replacement but this just gives me a lot less pain that I was experienced before the procedure. I would say the pain is about 85 percent better.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, kindness and care my husband received from Dr. Igball and his staff. I would recommend Buffalo Vascular to anyone in need of vascular care. I was able to get an appointment right away and his procedures were scheduled very quickly. Definitely a 5 plus rating.
