My wife brought me and Dr Shetty was very nice but firm and was brutally honest which i like she has helped me get my diabetes under control and always pushes me to be better with managing my health. The office has always been very courteous

Dr Shetty is amazing!! Her office is NOT! Her office will lie to you - and basically tell you YOURE A BAD PERSON for not going to get a physical during 2020 when basically the whole world was at home. Then will withhold referrals you need for actual doctors you need to see. They literally told me they would send a referral over if I made a physical appt, which I did for 2.5months later!! (Their earliest appt). They never sent the referral until the DAY of my 2.5month later appointment. Honestly really upset bc I love Dr Shetty, but not sure I will ever return with the jerks in the office.

I was hopeful to find a new primary care Doctor. My initial visit was a fairly routine examination with bloodwork. The next day I received a text from my pharmacy that a prescription was ready at the cost of $1,270. I found out that it was a new medication to treat my diabetes, I called the pharmacy and once they ran it through my insurance the cost was reduced to $326. My issue with this office is it is now seven days and I have still not received a phone call to review the results of my blood work or to understand why I was being prescribed this medicine

Dr Shetty, It Is extremely hard to find a really GREAT PCP LIKE Dr. Shetty, You will not leave her office with your visit on your mind, your office visit will change how you was feeling before you came. My entire family travels from Queens to see Dr. Shetty for over 5 years as well as friends. She has the Knowledge and Wisdom to meet and address your health issues and Medical concerns, she does not leave no stone UNTURNED.!

Dr. Zimbler is great! The staff were very friendly and professional, the office is clean, nice and big. I recently changed my primary doctor to her. The first visit was great. She spent over an hour with me go over my medical history and all my medical conditions which my old doctor only see me for 10min every times. My old doctor never ever called me by herself but Dr. Zimbler called me several times to make sure I'm doing good with the new medicine she gave me. Now I finally feel that a doctor can take care of me as a patient.
