Very large office on 2nd floor of building. Staff of many age groups and nationalities; quite inclusive..Minimal wait time. Everything computerized. Test results available instantaneously through the app. Dr. Grossman is engaging and funny. Ellen drew my blood and performed EKG was upbeat and pleasant. Tests were painless. Finding building was tricky; lot is behind IHOP.
Dr Grossman is caring and dedicated to his patients. I met him and he was very professional he even called me on a Sunday to reassure me that my test results were fine.
I would give more stars if I could. He has been my doctor for over 20 years. He takes great care of me managing my many health issues. He looks you straight in the eye and will answer as many questions you have. He offers a smile, along with his caring nature at every visit. It is not his fault Northwell has taken over their phone system. .
Dr Grossman is a wonderful cardiologist! His staff, his knowledge, his human approach to my issues were 5 star +. If you can get an appointment, run don't walk !
