Top notch support staff at Advanced Cardiology! The women at the front desk are kind, helpful, and know their stuff. The nurses, PAs and assistants are friendly and will help alleviate some of your anxiety. My family sees two of the cardiologists here. Appointment wait can be a bit long, but these are the times we live in now.
I had an appointment at 8:30am. They open at 8am. Sat in the office for over 45 min after my appointment. How backed up can you with an appointment that early. Ridiculous.
I don't write reviews but completely unprofessional staff.. Go somewhere else. Stoney Brooke it's self is a phenomenal hospital. Unfortunately the building in Commack which is off site is just ruthless to get a call back from or test results back.. Thanks to the women who hung up on me and didn't call back. This ones for you!
