Everything went along smoothly with the Doctor and my procedure. He has really good people around him that will answer your concerns. Thank You Dr. Metawee for fixing my heart.

I just had a proceedure on Thursday, and Dr. Metawee was very personable when he did speak to me. My Nurse, Wendy went over and above with my care. During the proceedure, Dr. Metawee got too close to my esophagus and possibly caused a serious problem. When he spoke to my wife about it, he told my wife not to tell me, because I was a Paramedic and would make a big deal about it. My wife informed Wendy about it, and then I was informed. I have an appointment with my ENT Monday, but woke up today with severe bilateral shoulder pain, upper back pain and upper chest pain on inspiration. Also some upper GI discomfort. The esophagus issue can have a 63% mortality rate. I now wish that I cancelled the proceedure after I had my pre- op appointment with my Cardiologist. I will be contacting Dr Metawee ' s office Monday or sooner.

I had my procedure done a couple days ago at the Mercy Hospital by Dr. Metawee and I have to say that I am more than happy with my results. Doctor Metawee is very caring and very knowledgeable in his field, and if you are looking for an cardiologist/electrophysiologist you will not be disappointed.

I had a procedure performed by Dr. Metawee recently and despite some complications I am very pleased with his performance . He maintained a calm and professional demeanor in all of the time I was conscious . He communicated clearly when we were discussing my options to my problem . He was personable and most importantly confident . I would return to him for future procedures should I need any .

I met Dr. Metawee while I was a patient at Mercy Hospital. He performed a procedure I needed. He is very personable, easy to communicate with, has a good sense of humor. I would highly recommend him.
