Providers are extremely knowledgeable. Very caring. Always call promptly after any tests results and explains them thoroughly. Constantly monitors in the office and over the phone patients breathing, and always available for any questions. Excellent care provided.
Cancelled multiple initial visit appointments on my husband with COPD. Keep in mind you wait 2-4 months initially to get in then another 2-4. months with they cancel you to reschedule. No urgency - despite my clear concern for my loved one. When i called the office i got disconnected 3 times and had to call back. Finally i spoke to someone who clearly had no idea what's going on at this office. Really disappointing when this is a pulmonary professional.
