Trinity Medical Cardiology

I called to schedule an appointment and they answered pretty much right away. I was fit in after having an issue with my pacemaker. The nurse fixed the problem and told me exactly what was wrong in a way I could understand. Very friendly and short wait time!

I love the lady who checks my pacemaker (she deserves a 5 star rating), but I am tired of Trinity constantly rescheduling both my and my husband's appointments almost every time. I appeared for an appointment with both the physician's assistant and the lady who checks my pacemaker and was informed that the physician's assistant was sick and that the office had left me a message informing me of the need to reschedule. I checked my cell phone and land phone and there was no such message. We live in Wheatfield and it is almost a 35 minute drive to the office. I tried to reschedule for the same day my husband is coming in (his appointment has already been rescheduled twice) and was told that no appointment was available on his date. We loved Dr. Rycyna who has since left the practice, but are totally disenchanted since Trinity took over. Needless to say, I want a doctor I can depend upon for treatment relative to my heart. I am not finding that with Trinity thus far.

Today was the 3 rd time in 5 months my appointment was cancelled..I called at 9 am to make sure my appt was for 11:45. You think they could have called me back ..Guess not. I like the doctor but I'm done with that office.

Am having cataract surgery on June 7th and Dr George cant get back with information on whether i need to stop blood thinner before surgery..

Do what is best for your health and go elsewhere.
