My husband and I have been seeing Dr Stehlik and PA, Pat W for over 20 years. We have received the most excellent PCP care. We keep going because they always answer our call, get us in quickly, address our issues and follow up. I'm in health insurance and see many complaints about PCP offices. But that's not this office. They are amazing. I highly recommend their office.

I started here in the beginning of September 2024, and I came in with A LOT of medical needs. Northtown has gone above and beyond with addressing all of my concerns and have done so with the friendliest attitudes I've ever encountered at any type of medical office. The communication is fast and simple, all of my referrals and forms for other doctors involved in my care are handled immediately... I am being blessed that I found Northtown Medical, especially after the misery I've dealt with for years at other practices.. Our health is number one, and it's easy to get frustrated with your healthcare team.. don't judge too much by online reviews, almost every medical practice and doctor will have them. I have had a wonderful experience and hope this review helps someone else in my position!

Every single time, there's a weird issue or vibe here. The PA's say "keep an eye on it" no matter what the concern is, including a concern I finally went to the ER for, where they stated it was a good thing I came. Nurses are rude on the phone, receptionists are dry, and everyone seems miserable and awkward. The reviews are all the same. The final straw was being told AT my appointment that I'd have to reschedule, because I was 7 minutes late. Even though I called before my appt to say I might be late due to traffic, and have never been late before. And, it was an urgent appt. This is a practice who doesn't at all care about their patients. Truly the latest in a long line of dismissive, inadequate care and that was the last straw. Very happily went to a new practice who puts patients first, and is polite at the very least.

Pre covid they were great. Barely ever waited in waiting room. I seen some said the receptionist were rude, however never rude to me. I might get were yall say no personality though. Since covid my doctor literally won't even see me. If I'm sick they try to give me advice over the phone which is useless. Not to mention I called at 9am and just received a call back at 2pm. I thought the whole point of a doctors office is to be able to go in and be seen. I literally have to go to a urgent care because they act as if everyone in the world has covid. Very frustrating

Previously had no issues with the practice until this past year. I've seen a NP and PA in the practice. I was concerned over gaining weight and not being able to lose it with healthy diet and exercise. The first NP told me she could prescribe me adhd meds or I could try "Oprah's gummies" that she heard work. I was in disbelief leaving the visit. I called back a couple days later because I was researching for myself (and didn't accept the answers I was given) and the NP told me she would not be able to write a weight loss prescription even though I qualified. I ended up using an online practice and there were no issues with the script and no issues with my insurance. A year later I've lost 42lbs with this medication. The PA I saw this time didn't mention my weight loss what so ever. I brought it up and told her what I was using and she casually mentioned "oh, yeah looks like you lost weight" and when I addressed my concerns with how I was able to lose weight healthily and the issue I had with her colleague, she made excuses that "lots of patients come in and want certain drugs...." Even when I asked her if they could prescribe it for me, the PA gave more excuses that they might have issues with insurance. From my experience over two appointments with two different professionals I don't feel comfortable with the practice's level of care. Please make sure to advocate for yourself or bring someone along with you to do so!
