Dr Shetty is definitely a breath of fresh air. He is professional, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, generous with his time and answers all your questions. His medical assistants are always pleasant and kind to the patient & family. Actually forms conversations with polite pleasantries. I would recommend Dr Sheety 100+%. He is humble and respects the one size doesn't fit all in medicine. He runs on time until you're in the back. Then you're at the mercy of his secretaries...Irene the manager is combative on the phone. Seeing them at the desk with a lot of free time to talk poorly about patients, gossiping & violating HIPPA without care. One girl wanted me to yell out patient date of birth & name across the room because we were waiting over 50 mins for the doc. I had to question her behavior only to be faced with a retaliation of sarcasm, dirty looks and ignoring patient concerns. Her response was the other patient came early??? That's it...No apologies for the Dr running late. Lateness of the doctor is a poor reflection of the secretaries, NOT the doctor's fault. But to have an attitude & give dirty looks because I'm politely questioning the delay is a slap in the face. Clearly empathy & professionalism is something these secretaries lack!!!
