Awful office and disgraceful customer service. I have a cardiac condition, so the last thing a person with my condition needs is to have someone mistreating you. I called her office to schedule and appointment to see Dr Sabrina due to her "good reviews", I called the Brooklyn office and nobody answer, it kept hanging up over and over. So I called the Manhattan office and a very nasty secretary answer the phone, refuse to schedule an appointment with me and stated "I MUST HAVE A SET OF TESTS TO BE SEEN BY THIS PROVIDER" and I have explained to this lady who every time I open my mouth she mistreated me, and I try to tell her that my Primary Care Dr is not a Cardiologist and my Primary care is worried about my heart condition and wants me to see a Cardiologist who KNOWS WHAT IS THE BEST TEST FOR MY AND HOW CAN HELP ME, instead this nasty employee continue telling me like a broken recorder TALK TO YOUR PRIMARY CARE DO THE TEST and when I asked her WHAT KIND OF TEST, she kept repeating the same thing over and over and hang up on me. I called back and i asked to speak with the office manager and I was transfered to a voicemail, left a voicemail and 2 weeks later I am still waiting for them to have a little bit of decency to call me back. Maybe this is a great doctor, but her employee and office managers are lazy and disgusting.
