I'm so relieved that I finally found a Primary care Doctor that takes his time and due diligence with me as a patient. Explaining side effects of medication if there are any. Hell tell you how it is if you like it or don't like it the honesty is what I respect. The staff are wonderful and accommodating. You'll be hard pressed to find an other Doctor like him in Sheepshead Bay

Staff is friendly and professional, and Dr. Austein provides stellar service. When my last ins. plan was no longer accepted by Monogram Medical I chose to change health plans rather than find new primary physician.

Dr. Austein and his staff at the front desk are amazingly friendly and welcoming. He is very down to earth, professional and just always knows whats best for his patients, and the staff at the front desk are great as well. They are just amazing. Have moved to at least 45 minutes from Dr. Austin's office and still gratefully come to him. He and the staff - I can't express my gratitude enough. Highly recommend.
