Called for appointment. The front desk do not pick up the phone during working hours. Finally: "Please hold" and 10 minutes later still on hold. The front stuff must have experience from Polish public hospital. Just do not care. Other reviews are completing my opinion about this place.

Thomas the clerk is very attentive and makes sure to work with your schedule so that you don't miss any visits approved by your insurance. Mr Michael Lasak the therapist is very effective. Before I started seeing him I couldn't raise my hand or bend it towards the back. Since I've been seeing him which has been less than two months I can now raise my had and bend it so that I can touch my back. I highly recommend this clinic !

Had an easy enough time getting an appointment, but no help when trying to follow up (currently on hold for 20min and counting) Doctor's prognosis made things worse, also told me to take advil for a wrist that's been hurting for a month (I'm a musician so I was looking for a little more help than a painkiller). They told me my EKG was abnormal then never followed up with me. Do not waste your time here. [UPDATE] After half an hour on hold someone finally picked up the phone and then immediately hung up... 1 star is being generous to this place.

Worst place....no organization....appointments are triple booked if not more.....the lab department takes who they want ....they don't go by the list....waiting 3 hrs for blood work is crazy!!! Who is in charge of this???? Definitely needs to be more educated in this field!

I have to say getting an appointment here is very tough. The girls at the front don't pick up hardly at all. Finally when they picked up I had to wait about a week to see a doctor, which sucked. But I have to say the doctor that I see was really good and explained everything to me step by step. They need to get better administrative staff.
