If laughter is the best medicine, then the three amazing women at Dr. Kozer's office must all have PhDs in kindness. I walked in nervous, and walked out wondering if I'd accidentally joined a sitcom instead of a medical visit. First up, the receptionist -- let's call her The Gatekeeper of Sanity. She juggled phones, appointments, and my insurance card like she was auditioning for "America's Got Talent." Spoiler: she'd win. Then there's the nurse, aka The Calm in the Storm. I came in thinking WebMD had convinced me I had 3 minutes to live. She took one look at me, smiled, and suddenly I was 87% less dramatic. Her superpower is turning panic into peace -- and also somehow finding a vein on the first try. Last but not least, the assistant/tech wizard/general miracle worker who runs around the office like she's got a secret teleportation device. She handed me forms, checked my vitals, and fixed the printer -- all while somehow remembering my dog's name from last year. Together, these three women are the dream team. Honestly, I'm considering getting sick more often just to hang out with them again (kidding! Sort of...). Thanks for making my visit way more fun than it had any right to be!

Doctor during the examination was patient and informative. Receptionists were the most horrible i've ever experienced with. Insanely rude and impatient during chest examination. Could not send a simple doctors note for my work and school for a week (they don't allow email) via fax and promised dates where they will send it but did not. They kept pushing the date so i showed up to the office and had them give it to me on the spot. They could not even have a doctors note WRITTEN or TYPED, they printed out the medical charts and called it a day. Insanely unprofessional for something so simple as to an examination and doctors note... Alongside this review, I was completely unaware and not told that I have a heart disease, heart condition and DJD in my spine (I am a young adult) until I literally had to show up unexpectedly for a doctor's note and was only given a medical record made by the doctor the day I visited for my appointment. I was only told by the doctor about nerve trauma, nothing more. The doctor did not tell me. The receptionists did not inform me. I had to read the given pages that I consistently asked for to find out something like that which is also listed as "PATIENT IS NOT AWARE OF" on the paper for all 3 conditions itself. Crazy.

I am an older woman who goes to her share of doctors. Dr. Kozer is amazing! He is a wonderful cardiologist and person. He is incredibly knowledgable, incredibly caring and very responsive. His staff is also amazing, caring and supportive. I would recommend ( and have recommended ) his services to my relatives and best friends.

Dr. Kozer is highly knowledgeable and experienced physician who has taken my dad through the turmoil of cardiac difficulties, always paying attention to every detail and always advocating for the patient's safety and well being while juggling various interdisciplinary issues with other professionals. My dad was even accommodated to separate from other patients when he was immunocompromised. I am writing tonight, because I was shocked today when a new patient's spouse created a loud conflict in the waiting room over paying co-payment for today's visit. It was offensive to me and my very sick father, and I am sure to other patients who came for advice on their health issues. The secretarial and medical team of this office are working with Dr. Kozer for years, and they always listen to patient concern so I know right away they did not do anything untoward. For this confrontational patient's health, I hope he and his spouse could find a doctor who could lead him to live in good health, as Dr. Kozer has done for my parents.

Absolutely terrible doctor and staff. He has awful bedside manners -- he started yelling at me and banging his fist on the table for needing a moment to remember the name of my medicine. Like, really? Who does he think he is? And then he refused to fill my prescription while I had COVID and couldn't come in for a visit. I begged to just give me enough until I get better and can come in, and he refused, putting me in danger since I need my blood pressure medication. The staff are OTBs who have no manners at all. They hang up on you when they don't want to answer a question. Please stay away!!!
