This was an eccentric experience for me. The doctor's appointment did not go how I would have expected a doctor's appointment to go; it felt like I was meeting an old acquaintance. ...Dr. Friedman was incredibly attentive and perceptive...I appreciate that he chose to work with me on a treatment plan that was detective-like, seeing as this is how I approach things myself. Also, some of my sclera is blue and he is the only allergist I'd know who thought to ask me about osteogenesis imperfecta! (ear candy for a vision specialist ;))
