I've had a very disappointing experience with the front desk receptionist at this office. She has been extremely unprofessional and disrespectful with her last interaction with me. On top of that, she mishandled my heart medication for the past month, which has caused me unnecessary stress and could have put my health at risk. She also messed up an appointment I was supposed to have earlier, leaving me without proper care when I needed it. I expect better professionalism and accuracy from a medical office, especially when it comes to something as serious as heart medication. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and to have confidence that their care is being managed responsibly. It's very unfortunate because Dr. Paisco is such a wonderful doctor and treats his patients well but to be met with such inconsiderate staff members is unacceptable.

My bad experience about office staff at dr.Pauisco. Person who i saw first ,woman (Im not sure she is a nurse) who doing cardio test. Not even hello, so unfriendly, feels like she doing a favor. Doctor Pauisco prescribed medication and front desk woman said she will send it to our pharmacy. Of course when i came to pharmacy,nothing is there. I called to office almost one week,they keep telling me ,we will check and call you back, nobody called me back. So finally after week,and patiently called every day to office ,i got it
