Very good cardiologist, just give the receptionist a pass. The doctor is extremely diligent and thorough with a great personality!

, It has been 27, that I left this practice, with my mom. Who was deaf. This lady i used to work Lucille, was extremely, rude to my mother. She was yelling at her. When I got up and went up to her, she almost died. Realizing the woman she was screaming at was an old coworker mother. I agree, the staff is rude. Even back then. I once waited 3, weeks for a dr.note and a referral. The Dr. Was ok, (he was new) back then. We found a new dr. back then. Look into Aaron Berger, cardiologist. He's wonderful. I've been using him for 27, years. No issues. The wait isn't to long. The medical Assistants and PA are great. The receptionist is ok too. She doesn't make small talk but, not rude.

AVOID the Russian receptionist for your own sake!!! What is the the point of being a nice personality doctor while the staff is rude & unprofessional enough to stress a patient out of taking a stress test? This being four hours at the office from beginning to the end; among as only some examples go while there I was lied about the wait time and the amount of people ahead of me, later being told by absolutely rude person to say "please' yet while being abusive to those around, some person calling to speak to the doctor about prescriptions was impolitely hung up on by same lady, at same time I left ashamed after such long loss of personal work time to inexcusably myself not offering a lady to go ahead of me to take my slot (& wait longer) because she was fed up herself while her husband was still willing to wait for his appointment. (poor couple drove from SI) There are kinder folks out there that are jobless dear Dr. Levine, that would better match your personality representing you behind the desk then the staff surrounding you. (Sorry for that being a reason for not seeing the doctor again but it would be undesirable to book another appointment to such a "stress spa reception" location) PS I have been seeing Dr. Levine at a Nostrand Avenue location ever since, stress free of that receptionist & I don't mind the walk to Nostrand, even though I live around the block from Ocean Parkway office)

Dr Levine is one of the best Dr in his field , I have never liked going to the Dr. I would go once and never return, Until I met Dr. Levine Ps. I have been a patient since 2018 and never experienced the staff being rude so I can't relate.

Loved the Dr , he was amazing I would give him 5 stars but the staff OMG disgustingly rude , especially the Russian one . I called The office to make an appointment, he got an attitude with me and hung up on me, seriously though if you hate your job so much QUIT . Maimonides hire horrible staff , will complete the rest and go to Presbyterian or Mount Sinai where they treat people with respect .
