Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. I came in with an upper respiratory infection, fever, and ear pain, and the doctor dismissed my concerns by saying, "You're young, you'll be fine--everyone is going through it," and handed me vitamin C.
The visit felt extremely disorganized, and it was uncomfortable watching the scribe use ChatGPT to type the notes during my appointment. The staff was rude, and I did not feel taken seriously as a patient.
I later went to a primary care doctor who immediately told me I had a high fever and promptly prescribed oral antibiotics, ear drops, and cough medicine--care that actually addressed my condition.
I would not recommend coming here if you're looking for thorough or compassionate care.
