A good doctor, but a genuinely horrific admin staff. Even for Russian brooklyn, this is the worst I've seen. They're straight up hostile- and more dangerously, refuse to *do* anything. They'll either refuse, forget to do it, or put it off until some deadline passes or you give up.
Worst experience ever!!!!! BE AWARE EVERYONE!!! Unprofessional staff!!! Rude!!! Not willing to assist patients!!! The front desk lady Irina refused to answer my questions and refused to help me fill out paper work!!! IRINA told me to go sit down in the corner and fill out the paper on Your Own. She also mentioned she will not draw my labs, told me to go back and do it in my PCP office. I am glad that i did not continue my visit with this doctor's office!!! I cannot imagine trusting my life, treatment with this team!!!
Unfortunately, my mom couldn't see a doctor because the front- desk people were so rude, unfriendly, hostile, and didn't care about their patients. A day before we received a call asking us to come on time and don't be late than 10 minutes. Arrived on time we were waiting over an hour and on my questions "how long more?", I received so arrogant and rude attitude. In extremely rude manner I was told that I must sit and wait until doctor calls us. Three ladies on front desk started talking to me at the same time, stating that that is not possible to estimate waiting time because of "technical component" (????!!!!) and if we don't wait it means that my mother is not sick enough (!!!!!!!!), otherwise, I would be patient and quite as long as it is necessary. No sorry, no apologies or any making-sense explanations... on my statement that we are leaving, they said - GO!. Maybe dr. Natanzon is a good doctor, however, people working in this office are absolutely unprofessional and have no human traits to work with sick people.
Great doctor with good character. I appreciate the excellent care that I have received from Dr. Natanzon. He takes his time to thoroughly check your heart health and to clearly discuss any issues with you.
Such a poor service, I would not recommend this guy to anyone.
