First let's start. With positive. Staff is very friendly and professional. I also like the doctors here. Compare to other places I been in the Bronx. Now my negative. The waiting time is terrible here. Your appointment is never at the exact time it says prepare your self. To wait over a hour minimum now I'll have to find a new doctor office in the city. Where punctuality is a must. And they take care of you. At your actual appointment time.

On my visit i got very good vibes and felt very comfortable and pleased with one of the employees there her name is Noely. Beautiful person. Thank you so much for attending me very well and made sure i got everything i needed. God Bless Her.

Terrible service by doctor Shah, I took my 9yr old and he didn't even ask questions he did a fake breath in and out and that was all. didn't ask about her asthma history, or if we had any concerns with her health. He filled out the asthma form completely wrong and incomplete. Would never recommend anyone here. However front desk was really nice.

The Physical Therapy team , Cecilia, Mel and Don are very efficient. They respect the time of the patients, always punctual. I always receive quality service every time.

My grandmother Adela is very happy and satisfied with the services especially with the attention of Nicole Jewelz. Thank you for making her feel comfortable.
