I had an appointment scheduled for a friday and for some reason it need it to be changed . I got a phone call from one of the staff and my hone attendant picked up the phone call for me while I go out the bathroom , the lady told my HA why does a 37 yrs old has an HA . Also we try calling back to schedule as she said and she never picked up the phone call for us again . I THINK IF YOUR ARE CONSULTING A DOCTOR IS FOR SOME TYPE OF ILLNESS . NOBODY SHOULD BE ASKING ABOUT YOUR PERSONAL LIFE WHEN IS NOT NECESSARY NOT EVEN FOR THE SCHEDULING .

This place is a waste of time. They would schedule you a time and you have to prepare to waste your entire day. I've been waiting for more than 4 hours. The secretary would not give you a time or reason. You'll have to stay seated until who knows when. I've been here since 1:00 p.m. it's 4:00 p.m. and I'm still waiting with no response.

I am very please. My elderly Aunt has circulation issues, and their bedside manner is excellent. When you call, you are met with professionalism and patience. They don't do unnecessary procedures if not needed. It's refreshing to see this level of care nowadays.

This is the most unprofessional place ever I have to bring my 92-year-old dad here unfortunately I make an appointment and we are never seem till 2 hours later God forbid you asked the ladies in the front desk they make it seem like it's the end of the world there's never no chairs for him to sit down neither for a lot of people keep in mind people above the age of 90 who are coming there to get work done on their veins have to be put in an inconvenient inhumane condition of just standing around waiting to be called after putting in for an appointment accordingly like any other doctor office in the world where you making appointment you go in you see somebody at your schedule time rather sitting around for two or three hours and the people at the front desk just laughing and joking around think it's all fun and games I will no longer be coming back to this office I truly value my time and I truly value my father's well-being unfortunately I don't appreciate watching him stand there for 3 hours and almost having to pee himself do yourself a favor go somewhere else make another appointment Don't bring your business back here anymore
