All staff was very courteous and professional. Bilingual friendly. It was very easy to make an appointment online and they also accept walk-ins. Local gem. The Grand Concourse location was very accessible by many busses (BX 1,2 ,28,10) and 4 & D trains.
I wish I could give more stars. Tiffany and Yalinet are amazing and funny and the other staff are also very friendly and welcoming. Wait time wasn't long at all and process was very smooth for my first time going here.
Dr Jain is very pleasant and Professional, He's an Amazing Human Being, he listen to my concerns, he goes above and beyond. I truly believe my heart condition has improved after seeing him. The girls in the front are very sweet and professional.. Alexa and Geraldine are the Best.
I am a caregiver, I took my 93 years old patient to see Dr. Sachin Jain, once I saw how professional and at same time humble and caring he was with her. I referred my daughter, a 34 years old, Stephanie born with congenital heart disease to him. She is really happy to be his patient. I am very grateful to have him as my cardiologist to I enjoy going to any of his locations, because all the staff are very friendly and professional.
I had a visit at the 3201 location and it was excellent and all the staff was great as well, they were so awesome and they treated me and my husband with so much love and respect .
