My first time at this location and it already sucks! Appointment scheduled for 9:00am and they open at 9:30. Staff that was already there waiting with us; stated that there is only ONE person with a key, and that they open LATE all the time! The staff refuses to have a key because of the high risk in the responsibilities! It's now 10:20am and I am still waiting to be call this also sucks!!!!! This is my second vein clinic I come to I hope the treatment's are better than the first location I went to close to home, closer to home too. That place did nothing but aggravated the pain in my legs More!!! They hurt every day!!!!

The service at this location was five star .the clinic it self was clean and home feel. I'm glad to report that the staff takes the time to answer questions as well as educate client on procedures and conditions. The receptionist was kind and had a smile with her great customer service while scheduling appointments .love the service would recommend to other clients.

Please stay away from these places. I got serviced once, through the groupon I purchased the 1st time I went it was a good experience but the "assistant" that injected me I had no results I complained about it, turns out the "assistant" is just an employee who isn't even certified legally to inject patients. When I returned to the clinic for the 2nd time the doctor denied me service because I mentioned the girl wasn't certified. He stated he unfortunately cannot give me any further services when I exposed that his workers are not equipped to medically inject syringes into patients. Come at your own risk!! I really liked this place after my first visit but unfortunately speaking the truth got me kicked out and denied service.

Horrible. Refuse to give a medical assessment Assessment is "don't feel like it". They knew I had a prior medical situation preventing procedure. This CLINIC, try a hospital there you'll get True reasons for their decisions.

The service I received at Heart and Vein NYC was exceptional. The staff was friendly and attentive, the wait was short and the doctors and technicians we're thorough. I would recommend them and continue to use them for all my heart and Vein needs.
