Front Desk completely ignored me and my children been waiting over 20 minutes and no one has yet to asked if we're being helped talk about horrible customer service and first time experience definitely wouldn't recommend or come back

Just like always, the best. I've been bringing my baby here since she was 4 months old, and still do, because both the doctor and the nurse are really good with their behavior and service.

Front desk people need more training. I feel helpless to speak with them they don't communicate each other. Hopefully upper management see that

This is a poorly managed location! The receptionist isn't equipped to properly manage the potential clients arriving to seek healthcare. Waited on line for an absurd amount of time this morning, because the receptionist was not equipped to log into the systems needed. In this case it was Epaces. What's worse is the receptionist blurted out the credentials while on the phone. The Dr might be a good doctor, but the management at this site needs drastic improvement. Ended up leaving because of the inability to process people in a timely manner. I took my business elsewhere, to find a quality healthcare provider. Essen Health Care does not provide a good experience.

This used to be a useful place but now they really seem to be under serving this are no doctors are in at owning and the staff acts as if it's acceptable to send you to another urgent care bc they don't known when or if a doctor will show up? I won't waste my time here unless it's for something like strep.
