Patient
If you're a female, Do Not Go on a Monday. You will end up seeing Dr. Pearce. I went in to take care of a UTI that I got during vacation from wearing a tampon. I expressed this to both the nurse and the doctor. He insisted it was fibroids. I told him my pain was a 10 in my pelvic area and my lower back which is the sign of a uti. He still kept expressing how much I need to check for fibroids especially since I'm young. I started crying.... To the point I told him let's not go down that road until we get there I didn't want to speak that into the atmosphere. Fast forward this man insisted I get a Pap smear before even making me pee in a cup. Which is standard when you go to the doctors. I've never seen this before. I had to then say "can you give me the cup to pee in I have to use the restroom now." Instead of him getting up or assisting me to the nurses office. He told me go find her and get the cup. When I actually found her. She's on the phone so she couldn't even talk she just was pointing things out to me. $200 later I never got any medication for a uti not even for the pain yetstill I got a call today at 3:30pm stating he wanted to schedule me for a ultrasound. Which i'd have to pay out of pocket for AGAIN being that I have no insurance. Let just say if you're paying out of pocket they think you're loaded with money and keep running tests on other things other than the first problem at hand. Go here on a Monday at your own risk. The first counter I went to everyone acts like they hate their jobs. But the second counter of ladies. They're welcoming and try to make you feel welcomed !! Good job to them because the rest was a fiasco.
