Essen Health Care: 502 East Tremont Avenue

My recent experience at the doctor's office was deeply disappointing. I did not feel that my health concerns were taken seriously, and the staff's approach made me feel more like a customer than a patient in need of care. The lack of attention, compassion, and professionalism was unacceptable and not reflective of the standard of care patients deserve

there were no patience in here and it's still took the doctor but to call me there's no AC unit working and it's extremely hot and the doctor is extremely slow. There was one client seated with the doctor. She got upset and left out and I'm still waiting about 25 minutes to see the doctor when she has no one in there.

I really like how the Doctor and the staff treat me with care and courtesy . They really show that the patient is the main priority!!

Literally the worst clinic I've ever been to. Dr. Cynthia is a rude and vile creature. She showed no interest or care during the 5 mins she saw me. She sat there looking annoyed and bored. I was lied to and told that I needed a referral to see their gynecologist, even though they are IN network. I came in, was charged for a visit and had to keep asking for my referral... CYNTHIA just kept repeating "Someone will call you!!!" No one did. What a joke of a Doctor. Then, when I asked the woman at the front desk which location had a gyno on staff, she huffed and puffed.. as if I asked her to do something outside of her simple job description. You would think I had asked her to do the Pap Smear herself.

Front desk personnel could be a little more self coming with information. You check in and that's it, they don't care if you wait an hour, they never give updates or apologize for your wait. It's terrible!
