Dr. Bhagat adds an additional beautiful caring warmth to his patients and also makes you laugh. Dr. Bhagat Is very detailed and includes the patient throughout the procedure performed. A special I appreciate you should be given to Erica. She has made this experience easy for me by explaining what I should expect for the procedure at my first visit. First, I only put a star because I had to put one, but I would give them zero they're horrible and if you care about your mother or your father or whoever your loved one is, I would not put them with this company. They do not care about people they're one of the worst companies around and my mother's health has been out of whack and declining ever since she's been with these people I can't get anything done when she needs x-rays or when she needs blood work. I'm calling for months at a time, I've called again literally the 30th time for them to tell me that they can't get me any Supervisor to make a complaint with my mother Because she can't walk and we live on the fifth floor walk up so I feel stuck because I Can't get help and anyone who does come here third-party they get sent by them told us that this is one of the worst places to put your loved one I'm looking to get a lawsuit going on so if anybody sees this, we can all get together if you already have a family member here who has been mistreated and I'm hoping that after this message may be a supervisor would actually care to get back to us Horrible all they care about is taking the money, but they do not have any compassion or care for their patients if you care about your loved one do not put them here and I feel bad for the older people that's here who have no one else to help them and they get stuck in this place

My experience with essen been nothing but the best.I have the experience with doctors who are very concern about your health I have to put one doctor on the pedal stool.Dr Bugatti he is the most caring sweetest doctor I ever met whenever I walk in his office its nothing but love and respect the receptionist is very well manner especially tisha I always walk out that clinic with a smile and no pain.The doctors at Essen Healthcare are amazing
