Essen Health Care: 2445 Arthur Avenue

I can see in others people reviews the same complaint about the lady front desk since months ago. Also I can see that the company answer to reviews that they sorry . My question is: why they don't do any change? I went today first time and the first think I noticed was how rude the lady front desk on first floor is. Her attitud is like she hate her job. Same rude attitud with everybody. I feel sorry for how she was talking to a old lady. Then the same attitud with me. The other people was ok.

Hello! my family member went to this establishment and they refused to give her a scan for her breasts. She was concerned since there was a lump. Their excuse to not see her is because of her age. Now that she finally got tested somewhere else, the results came out not pleasant/ not Exciting. If the establishment helped her out sooner she would have more options to move forward with. This establishment is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, denying a concerned patient medical care. I do not recommend! Also the girls on the second floor. They are very RUDE and unapproachable because of BAD ATTITUDES.

No place is perfect, and treatment in the Bronx is generally no Manhattan treatment. What I did witness, however, are staffs equipped with handling conflict resolution from individuals dealing with grievance. Their hospitality, attention to detail and empathy rivals any other facility in Manhattan that I have gone to. It is great to have such good health services closer to home. Thank you.

Place is terrible. They have 3rd party companies with access to your information from over seas which is illegal. They then schedule appointments you never asked for. When you call a doctors office you would like to speak to someone in that office, not someone over seas in a call center. Waiting on mediation for prior authorization for a month already only to get call centers and no doctor. If you want your personal information all over the world and in hands of people that don't even work at this office then go here. If you'd like to protect your personal information, DO NOT GO HERE! Also make sure you file a complaint with the department of health as well as the Office Of Professional Medical Conduct. They are charging your insurance companies and you don't even know about these appointments

I called to speak to an office manager today and call center person Kerry stated they don't have a contact person in the actual office they don't have a number to transfer no kind of help! I stated so when someone has an emergency that needs to speak to a primary care doctor you don't have a way to contact the office, Kerry stated no. Didn't give me any other options then to scheduled an appointment when I really have an urgency to speak with primary care that stated they will call me regarding results! Don't come to this place they have no kind of urgency or care about patient care.
