The doctor I am currently seeing is fine. However, I am not impressed with the front office staff. They do not keep notes and they are aggressive with their phone calls and will sometimes call back to back but it's a different rep - which is how I know they're not leaving or taking notes about how often a patient is contacted. If I let a representative know that when I am ready to schedule an appointment for a specific, non-emergency procedure, I will - your job is not to call me, repeatedly, to try and get me to lock in an appointment for said procedure and try and educate me on why it's needed. I'm an adult, not a child. Maybe take a second to think there is a reason I am waiting which is solely my business and I have informed my DOCTOR what that reason is and she's the only one who needs to know. I was informed the office called my home, was informed I was out at the time and then proceeded to call back within five minutes asking to speak to me again and, surprise, I still was not home. The front office staff needs to keep better records of patient contact. Period. I have also asked about co-pays because I know I have them and I have been advised that they dint see I have any, however the app will update if that changes. Not very reassuring since I have always had co-pays. So I expect at some point I will receive a bill and then phone calls asking when I can pay them
