Doctors United

I been going here since March 2020 , I've never had a bad experience there , the doctors are cool and from my perspective professional at what they do. Physical therapy helped me out a lot as time goes by... As far as the receptionist , It always had change up during my time of being there , some know what they're doing , some was still learning as they go , some moved on or got moved and some remained to this day.. Some bad apples don't spoil the whole bunch, give them some credit. A.Mack!

I am extremely disappointed with the service at doctors united. I had an appointment scheduled for 11 am, but I was kept waiting until 3 pm before being attended to. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for patients' time. The staff seemed disorganized and unconcerned with the long wait times. I will not be returning to this clinic and would advise others to seek medical care elsewhere.

They are rude over the phone. Horrible. It looks like they don't need patients to stay open

Yesterday I had such a bad headache that I felt my blood pressure was very hight. I honestly didn't have an appointment but figured since they're my primary doctor they'd see me even when I put my name on the list. List that I know they don't follow even with am appointment you have to wait long periods of time. After waiting for 1 1/2 hours I went to the front the only humane young lady there asked the lady that does insurance if she could have someone see me since I looked in distress and she said no I had to wait til 3 pm. Don't waste your money or insurance money with this store front clinic. Doctors and nurses saw I looked in distress and didn't bother. I went to Montefiore and yes I had very high blood pressure and something could've happened to me and these so called nurses and doctors didn't care. Very sad they'll never see me again. The receptionist was the only humane person in there. Don't waste your time because they don't care about you!

I receive a bill for seeing a doctor and unpaid dues. Weht to these guys with my receipts of payment . Was told they take care of the situation only to receive a bill again. Please don't come here. The billing department a scam. Regardless you pay your dues and have health insurance they still manage to charge some bogus bill. Save all your receipts. Better yet go somewhere else.
