Patient
I have been to the brightwaters location twice, and when I got to their office, both times I was told to go to the bay shore office. The first time I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this morning when I went to get my heart monitor on before work, the brightwaters location told me they didn't have a MA and that I need to go to the bay shore location. The communication in that office is horrible. I wish they told their patients the correct office to go to so we did not have to scramble and get to the bay shore office. I was there for my monitor today before work.. so I was on a time schedule I had to stick with. I think management def needs to speak with staff and work on this, because if they're doing this to me, I can only imagine how many times this happens to elderly people who cannot move as well or quickly or have rides to and from locations/home. Please do better brightwaters location, I def won't be going back to that location. Their bay shore location seems way more organized and know what they're doing.
