Dr. Landolphi graduated from Chaminade High School in Mineola, Long Island in 1982 as Valedictorian, recipient of the Joseph F. Thomas Student-Athlete Award, and President of the National Honor Society. As a member of the basketball and baseball teams he was Freshman basketball MVP and as a senior, he was MVP of the baseball team. Dr. Landolphi continued his education at The John's Hopkins University where he majored in Biology and was elected to the pre-medical Honor Society and the Dean's List. Dr Landolphi is amazing. Conversely, the office staff is awful. I have now been sitting on hold for over 20 minutes. The care and concern that I previously got before he joined big brother is gone forever. Sadly, I am going switch providers. Life is too short to be treated so poorly. I give Dr landolphi 10 out of 10. I give his support staff 1 out of 10. Sad
Dr. Landolphi was a breath of fresh air compared to my previous experience with a cardiologist at another office( coughDrSingh@Threevillagecardiologycough). Very informative professional patient and friendly. He knows his stuff! Even watching the way he interacts with staff shows he's a very genuine, kind doctor. We need more professionals like him.
Dr. Landolphi is the best. I felt that he was well read, thorough and compassionate. I am happy and confident that I am in good hands. His staff was friendly, competent and helpful. I not only would, but I already have recommended Dr. Landolphi enthusiastically and without reservation!
The office manager kept calling to change my echo probably because of cancellations. I became confused with all the dates on my calendar and missed two echos(during Covid and not on purpose at all) and then when I called sick for one appointment she didn't get the message in time so when I called to reschedule she said I was RELEASED FROM CARE! I have been a Patient there in good standing for over three years. Maybe more. And they dropped me. With a heart concern. This office manager is a rude woman who thinks she is the doctor. I'd never recommend Landolphi to anyone ever again. All he wanted was to do tests that were not even due to be done yet and bill the insurance. The entire place sucks and thinks they're better than anyone treating long time patients as such. And they keep erasing this review. And I'll keep writing it.
I highly recommend Dr. Landolphi. He is knowledgeable, courteous and very caring. He always takes the time to listen to all of my concerns and thoughtfully responds and provides detailed explanations. His staff is always very professional, helpful and pleasant. Dr. Landolphi is a top notch cardiologist.
