I have been waiting for roughly 4 weeks for clearance for my dad's cancer surgery. Still nothing - his surgery is scheduled for November 5th. I have made numerous calls along with the surgeon's office with no response. I am now enlisting the help of other family members to call and push it. Right now I feel by the time they actually send it, his cancer will be stage 4 and he'll be on his way out. Not a very good feeling at all.
