Michelle Baldwin was just what you want a physician to be once you've recovered from a serious illness - concerned, compassionate, caring, informative, and kind. She took the time to ask questions and listen to my answers. She explained clearly, in terms I could understand. She answered my questions, making sure she had addressed what I had asked. I never felt rushed, she took her time. Her directives were clearly stated so I could understand the importance of the treatment plan. I felt very well cared for and I appreciated her very much.
