Patient
I have been a CHF patient for 14 years and a Lourdes Cardiology patient for four years. In four years, I have had three different cardiologists, presumably, because the good ones keep "jumping ship." I spent an hour and a half waiting for my first appointment with my third cardiologist today. When I asked what was taking so long, the lady at the front desk said, "I don't know what happened, this is crazy." About five minutes later, she returned and asked if I would come back next week. Sorry, but your standard of care is beneath my expectations. The only reason I applied two stars to this review is because there are some good and dedicated professionals that still work there.
