Don't listen to the bad reviews. I had the best experience ever at a doctors office! The crew at the front desk was beyond sweet and super helpful. I had called the day before needing to get an earlier appointment and the sweet man at the front desk took my number and said he would call back if anything opened up. Well 1 hour later he called and offered an appointment for next day!! Wow! And Doctor Lennon was super nice, really listened and made me feel like she cared. What more could you want! So glad I found this place. M Moorman.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Whatever you do not go here. They lied to my mother multiple times to her face. My father deals with afib and ran out of his medication, they said they can't give him a prescription until he made an appointment so he went a week without it, but we asked for an emergency supply and they said multiple times they will prescribe it but they never did. When my father went for his appointment for some reason the doctor told him to go to the hospital to get the prescription while he sent a request to the pharmacy. Turns out he never sent the prescription to our pharmacy and when we tried calling the office after hours the "emergency line" was the most useless thing I've ever dealt with. They had no idea about the Bayshore location and gave me the number of an on call doctor that had no idea who my father was. We eventually solved the issue at a local urgent care but what this office did is downright disgusting. It's absolutely reckless, they seriously put my father's life at risk without a care in the world, and I'm sure they do this to many others as well. Like I said their actions are disgraceful and they could even be in for a lawsuit one day. DO NOT GO HERE OR SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!

Dr. Marie D is very professional, kind and understanding. The Receptionist when calling into the office is very unprofessional. I canceled my stress test bc they are charging a co-pay when my insurance company is informing me I do not have a co-pay for my stress test. The Receptionist who canceled my appointment told me I would still be billed for the medicine they ordered already for my test bc I did not give enough time to cancel. I've had a stress test at this same office & never took any medication bc I did the test. I said okay. Than I call back to find out what medicine I was supposed to take. The same Reception is jumped on the phone and said we didn't cancel your appointment today you did very Unprofessionally. I said I know that. I'm calling to find out what medication you were talking about? The Receptionist lied & said she didn't say that. She switched her story around & said well you wouldn't need medicine for this test. I asked why was I told that in the first place. I than heard the other Receptionists laughing in a background. The hold times are long & once someone answered they said hello. Than I said hello & they hung right up on me. It makes you not even want to be bothered with this Practice. Smh

Terrible place. Has been a nightmare to schedule or keep an appointment. They gave me a list of pricing as a self pay and at arrival they went up $100 on the spot. They cancel either because Dr is coming later or leaving earlier. Always a problem. This caused me too much trouble on my job schedule and just added stress to my condition. Look for another place where they treat you with respect and professionalism.

I am not sure that these front desk clerks get trained as to how important the patient is, No matter what, even if the doctor is the best there is, I would not go if the front desk are rude! Leanny or what ever her name is, very rude. Does not know the meaning of respect or courtesy. In my last scheduled appointment for 5:15 I get there 6 minutes late (ok my fault for not calling to let them know while I was driving) the front desk person tell me "I have to cancel your appointment, the technician already left and someone needs to bring you inside to do the blood pressure " I said You mean to tell me that I am 6 minutes late and the assistant already?, I asked, Is the doctor there? Can you please go talk to him? She said "No. it does not matter there is no technician " I leave (furious) ... 5 minutes later the assistant calls " I am sorry she did not know I was still here" Can you come back? I said. No, thank I will not come back. So far two offices for Premier Cardiology. They are very rude. You would think BC is an office that treats the Heart, they would be more pleasant! Now I still need the doctor to read my reports and I am feeling very aprehensive about going back!!!
