I have been taking my mom to this clinic since 2018. The Drs are good. We used to see Dr Gagos in the beginning then because of her insurance we started seeing Dr Parmar. Now Dr Parmar is not there anymore so we saw Dr Haider for the first time today. I gave this office a one star because of the very unreliable appointment booking system they have. My appointment today was at 3 pm as I had scheduled about a month ago. I received an automated text 5 days ago that said my appointment is at 3 pm today. I also had received a few other reminders to check in online and I didn't check the time again because I was sure about my appointment time. (Not realizing the stupid system had sent me a couple of following texts with different times)I arrived at 5 minutes to three and the staff says my appointment was at 2. Out of frustration I showed my text to the staff and insisted I made an appointment at 3. Of course at this point my tone expressed the anger. But here's the back story behind my frustration! This is not the first time this has happened to me. Only at this office out of all other New York Presbyterian Dr's offices we visit mess up with my appointment time. Last few times I booked an appointment not just the time but they've changed it to entire different date without my knowledge. I would never get a text or phone reminder. This time I had asked them to send me a confirmation so this is how I received the texts. But even with the texts no one would assume they would just change your time without even asking you if you could even come at that time.! Everyone's time is valuable. This was my 6th time having to deal with this issue. Now I am done with this Office. I am not going to waste my time and energy visiting this clinic where the appointment booking system is frustratingly unreliable. So if anyone values their time my suggestion to you is find some other drs offices that book your appointments on the time and date you want.
