Dr John is amazing and very friendly and on top of all of my dad's progress. His staff is very friendly and any questions you might have they are happy to answer. They help make appointments at our convenience which is amazing and the wait in his office is amazing comparing to other doctors we have been to for my dad's health. Everytime we have an appointment they see us within the time which is amazing.

Horrible front desk service. No one ever picks up the phone. I have left various messages and no one has returned my calls. To get medication refills is horrible. Long wait times to see the doctor also. Guaranteed you will not be seen at your appointment time. Would not recommend to friends and family.
The office staff overbooks the schedule and you end up waiting for more than two hours even if you have an appointment. Very unprofessional. I am very disappointed and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone?
