LOVE Doctor Chana! I have been going to her for years and she always goes above and beyond for all patients, always picks up the phone, always listens. Barely any wait time even on busy days and the staff is so nice!!

The office staff here is really friendly and helpful with appointments, referrals, refills etc. and the Drs give great care. I appreciate the late hours on Tuesday that allow me to visit without taking time off work.

I've been a patient at this clinic for over 3 years, and I've never felt so dismissed while being sick and needing help. I came in twice during posted business hours and was turned away both times once at 5 PM on a day they're supposed to be open until 7 PM, and again at 3 PM when they close at 4 PM. I clearly explained I wasn't feeling well and needed to see a doctor, yet I was told they "didn't have time" and no appointment was offered. When I finally secured an appointment for Monday, it was moved, then I was told to "come anytime if it's an emergency." But when I arrived at the time originally scheduled, I was met with judgmental looks and told the doctor wouldn't see me because she had to pick up her child. I have never felt so brushed off and unwelcome while seeking medical care. As a long-time patient, this was hurtful, unprofessional, and unnecessary. I came here sick and left feeling worse, not because of my symptoms, but because of how I was treated.

The front desk team was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, answering all my questions with ease and making scheduling my next appointment a breeze. The PA was thorough, kind, and incredibly professional during the intake process and annual physical, ensuring all details were covered. The nurses were amazing--both friendly and highly skilled. I was especially impressed with their expertise in drawing blood; she found my vein on the first try, which is a rare success given my difficult small veins! The doctor was very prompt in reviewing my EKG results, giving me confidence in the thoroughness and efficiency of my care. Everything felt well-organized and seamless, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail from the entire team. My first visit was truly a pleasant one, and I am looking forward to my follow-up appointment. I highly recommend City Prime to anyone looking for efficient, professional, and caring service!
