Patient
This is a good place to be treated. I see Dr. Aquino and he does magic! The issue is the front office staff. Either they are overworked, underpaid or undertrained. Just seems like patients are disturbing them. Phone calls take forever, answers are abrupt and checking out is so unpleasant. Just seems that whoever the office manager is may need to be upgraded or replaced. For the most part we know how much Doctors make and that they are not really business people, so often you'll find great doctors without great staff support. It's a shame this country is money run, not patient focused.
