Very informative and professional. Dr. Volo is good at explaining things and answering my questions as he goes along. Gives a very concerned and complete analysis of your condition and explains things to you. Important note: On the other hand his scheduling staff really could be better. To schedule a test at the hospital the lady was short and not listening to me at all. She ended up hanging up on me. Definitely not trained to properly deal with the public. I will therefore be canceling the test. Her actions and behavior is not acceptable. And in my opinion her training is lacking. She needs immediate public relations training. Thats my professional opinion after 30 + years in a supervisory position. Sorry to other patients that have to experience her substandard actions.

Dr. Volo is an outstanding physician. Always takes the time to thoughtfully engage with his patients. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Volo is extremely thorough when discussing a patient's medical history. He listens to a patient's concerns and addresses them. He takes the time to evaluate a patient and further delves into any medical issues through testing to determine the root cause of the issue presented to him. He is genuinely concerned about a patient's health.

Having congenital heart issues, I've been a patient of many cardiologists over the years. Dr Volo is the best! He gives all his patients exceptional medical care; he is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, as well as kind and understanding. He takes the time to explain everything and to listen to my concerns. I trust Dr Volo's judgement and am very grateful for the excellent care he's given me.
