He took his time to explain everything and was never rushed. ***A few notes about parking Saratoga office on Congress for those with mobility needs:If you have a handicap, difficulty walking, or stairs are an issue, finding convenient parking may be challenging on the Embassy Suites side. If parking is full there, try the opposite side of the building. There are often open spaces along this side, and it's a short, stair-free walk to the office.Additionally, there is 15-minute parking directly in front of the office. If you have someone who cannot walk far, they can be dropped off there while you find parking elsewhere
