Medical Centre

There are very good female doctors here. Recommended. Sometimes a bit of a wait but then it's just a matter of firstly booking in and calling the front desk to determine the waiting time and then arriving .

I visited Fairfield medical centre on Polding Street in Fairfield Heights today for swollen eyes after eyeliner laser removal. The receptionist was very helpful and managed to move my appointment an hour earlier, which was greatly appreciated. I only waited under 30 minutes before being seen. Dr AL-Attar was professional and straight to the point, addressing my concern clearly and prescribing the right medication. Within just 6 hours of taking it, my swelling improved significantly. Thank you, Dr AL-Attar, for your excellent care and support. Highly recommended.

Great experience at this clinic. The receptionists were welcoming and made check-in easy. Dr Werdi was professional, listened carefully, and explained everything clearly. The clinic is clean and well run--I'd definitely recommend it.

I've been coming here for a few years quite often and never really had any issue. I think the receptionists are polite. There can be a really long waiting time... but I think it's worth it as the doctor I see here, Dr Abbas is a really good doctor. It is difficult to find a good doctor at times. But he is very attentive, professional and helpful. He has really helped me with all my medical needs when I've felt I could not find the same care from other doctors. I also find the ladies who do the blood tests here are careful and make you feel comfortable

I booked an appointment to see Dr. Faris Werdi, as I've consulted with him before, and my appointment was confirmed for 5:40pm. When I arrived, the secretary took my Medicare details and once again confirmed the time, advising me to wait until the doctor called my name. After waiting for half an hour, the secretary informed me that Dr. Werdi had refused to see me--without providing any valid reason. When I questioned this, I was told that he only accepts patients who have been seeing him for at least six months. I've been visiting this medical centre since it first opened, and I cannot believe the poor state it has fallen into. To have a doctor refuse to see a patient in need is unacceptable. I am deeply disappointed, and I will never return. It saddens me to see what has happened to our healthcare system, and especially to this medical centre.
