Country Club Medical Clinic

I have a great experience every time I go to this clinic. The staff is so professional, kind, compassionate, and truly caring, and most importantly to me, I see them as my second family. From the front desk to the medical team, everyone makes me feel comfortable, listened to, and well taken care of. They take the time to explain everything clearly, and I am very grateful for the care I receive every visit. I highly recommend this clinic.

After having less then 2-star experiences at other clinics it was nice to have an office treat one like one should, with professionalism and respect. The ladies at this office are clean respectful and attentive. Mr. Larsen was very informative, and it was nice to Not be rushed. He took his time to hear and help. It was nice to go into a place and know they Want to Help. And Very Clean, a big Plus.

I would've put 5 stars because I've been a patient of Larson for many years but they really need to update their website especially on creating appointments. One of the employees- Veronica called me (after I had filled out lengthy paperwork online) to tell me they are not accepting patients new patients with Medicaid and I was considered new since I hadn't been seen in 2 years. It would've been nice (and common courtesy) to know and have been told, before sending me an email to confirm my appointment and fill out new patient paperwork, so as not to waste my time.

Dr Larsen is both a sincerely very caring person and an outstanding, highly experienced medical professional. You can truly put your faith and trust in this rare human being.

Mr. Larsen is very professional and very caring. He spends quality time with his patients and listens very well. He answers all questions respectfully and is very responsive to his patients' needs.
