Understaffed, beds older than me, my wound was fine, my back pain from the bed very bad. Had possible food poisoning from cold grease stroganoff, wife had it to from guest plate. The nurse's that were India didn't care, only wanted to do there job and not help you as a patient. Dr. Petty was great, the only good thing, 2 nurse's were great Mrs Dina, ( Hispanic) and Mrs Jessica ( Philippino) . The rest did not care.

I was generally satisfied with my visit to CMC. The hospital is never somewhere anyone wants to be. As with any hospital visit there will be staff that has more of a bedside manner than others. My experience was that more of the staff was kinder than the few with no bedside manner. Over all my care was manged well. Dr. Barrazueta and the anesthesiologist were great. In a situation I was very nervous about they were able to put my mind at ease.

Icu nurses were great. Only problem is when u ask for anything it takes forever. I got moved to the nastiest room on the regular floor Noone came in to set up anything. For at least 45 min or longer. Anytime you call someone to the room they turn the help light off and leave and dont return for at least 45 min to a hour or longer. Good thing I wasn't a code. Cause I could go in the hall and everyone just standing around talking.

We had to take my husband to this hospital and am very glad we did. Hospital staff were amazing. Friendly attentive and they went above and beyond to find out what was going on with my husband. These people are amazing. I could not be more greatful to them for taking care of the love of my life.

I just want to say a huge thank you to the icu team the heart cath team. The doctors.For everyone worked fast and help save my life. A great place to be when having a heart attack
